Hangzhou Huarun (China Resources) Building
Hangzhou Huarun Building is located in the core area of Qianjiang New City CBD. It is a part of the large urban complex co-developed by China Resources and Xin Hongji. It is a 5A first class office building with a luxury hotel. It covers an area of 130,000 m2, with the 1-33 floors being the offices and the 35-51 being the super five-star luxury hotel (Hangzhou Boyue Hotel).
The indoor decoration will adopt the environmental friendly materials including the high-end stone-tile floors, the aluminium and wooden ceiling, LOW-E curtain wall glass. The architecture concepts of green, energy-saving and environmental protection are fully showed in the Building, which allows it to obtain the Gree Building Certificate from the LEED.
On the 1st floor, there is a lobby of 9.6 m high. The changes of the shadow on the stones bring strong visual impact, forming a new business space of modern aesthetics.
