阿里巴巴淘宝城项目位于杭州未来科技城区域，总建筑面积约为25万㎡。是集总部办公基地、企业会所、创业办公基地、商务酒店、服务式公寓以及高档休闲商业街区于一体的现代服务业示范城；项目紧邻国家湿地公园,拥有自然生态的湿地地貌,与湿地公园和谐相融。室内自然采光的设计、环保材料的应用，打造一个与自然相互融合的工作空间，已获得绿色建筑LEED认定。

 

我司承建该T3、T4两幢室内装饰工程，荣获“浙江省优秀建筑装饰工程奖”

 

Alibaba•Taobao Town

 

The Taobao Town Alibaba is located in the Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City, covering an area of about 250,000 m2. It is the demonstration town for the modern service which has integrates the offices of the headquarters, the enterprise clubs, the start-up basis, the business hotels, the service apartments, and high-end leisure business streets. Next to the Xixi National Wetland Park, the project owns the natural and ecologic wetland landform, matching well with the wetland park. The design of natural lighting and the application of the environmental-friendly materials in the indoor environment make it a working space integrating with nature. It has gained the green building certificate from the LEED. 

 

The T3 and T4 decoration project undertaken by the Company won the “Zhejiang Excellent Architecture Decoration Award”.
